RS University

Every month, we host RS University, where team members prepare and present on current projects and chosen topics to the rest of the company. The goal is to promote company-wide knowledge sharing, and to build understanding and respect for all the different roles at Retention Science. RSU fosters a collaborative learning experience and celebrates achievements.

We also regularly invite entrepreneurs and other industry veterans to come speak to our team ' to answer questions, to share success stories, and above all, to inspire creativity and growth.

Giving Back
