Retention Science CEO Jerry Jao Speaks About Customer Retention at Inaugural LA Tech Summit

We are honored to have been selected to present at the inaugural LA Tech Summit, taking place Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013 at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica. Our CEO Jerry Jao will take part in a panel on “The Science of Acquiring and Retaining Customers” at 3:45 p.m. The panel will educate attendees on how effective demand marketing and customer retention strategies can dramatically accelerate a business profitability and growth.

Organized by Cornerstone OnDemand (Nasdaq: CSOD), the LA Tech Summit is focused on uniting and celebrating the diverse Los Angeles technology community and is bringing together some of the industry’s leading executives, entrepreneurs and professionals to share insights on what it takes to build a successful technology company in Los Angeles.
