ReSci RetailX Event Promotion

*This promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on August 24, 2021. You will be eligible to participate in this Promotion if you: (i) attend the RetailX event in Chicago, IL on August 24-25, 2021; (ii) sign up for a ReSci demo by September 24, 2021 using the custom URL provided by ReSci to RetailX attendees; (iii) have never been a paying ReSci customer; (iv) participate in the ReSci demo by October 15, 2021; and (v) within 90 days after completing your demo and no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on January 13, 2022, you enter into a mutually acceptable subscription agreement with ReSci having a minimum committed term of 12 months. If you meet these conditions, ReSci will (1) waive your onboarding (implementation and setup) fees and (2) add two extra months to your ReSci software license and services subscription at no additional cost to you (such that you receive a 14-month subscription for the price of a 12-month subscription). Upon any automatic renewal at the end of your initial 14-month subscription term, Promotion pricing and other terms will not carry over to the renewal term, and you will be billed for any renewal term based on the pricing set forth in your agreement with ReSci. Renewal terms shall be 12 months unless a different renewal term is specifically set forth in your agreement. This Promotion is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other ReSci promotion or special offer, and does not apply to taxes, volume-based pricing, or additional add-on products or services. ReSci reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Promotion at any time.
