Jerry is the CEO and co-founder of ReSci, and first coined the term “Retention Marketing” in 2012. Jerry founded his first company in 2010 centered on e-Commerce marketing solutions, and it provided him a deeper understanding of effective customer retention solutions which ultimately led him to ReSci.
An entrepreneurial spirit since the age of 8, Jerry ran an after school business recycling classmates’ plastic cans; later, he began selling comic books and video games online. Jerry had built marketing and product teams, and most recently, served as an advisor to the CEO at Clear Channel to launch iHeartRadio and other digital initiatives.
Jerry has been named a Top 40 Under 40 Marketer by Direct Marketing News, and a Hot Shot Entrepreneur by Business Journal. In his spare time, Jerry writes about marketing best practices and AI for Forbes and Entrepreneur.com, and he also guest lectures at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Jerry is a graduate of UC Berkeley, as a full-tuition Alumni Scholar, and the Yale School of Management.
