eTail Virtual Summit 2021 Highlights


As a follow-up to the eTail Virtual Summit, we are offering a highlight of our experience, and an invitation to continue the conversations around some key topics that were discussed during the event.  

Our team sat in on sessions on a range of topics, from understanding the omnichannel customer journey to growing direct-to-consumer businesses and more. It was not a surprise that many of the discussions focused on the rapid changes that occurred due to the pandemic, in terms of supply chain issues, sudden changes in consumer behavior, and the acceleration of online and omnichannel activity. We heard so many great stories of retailers responding almost overnight to new and unexpected demands. 

Our highlights are focused on three topics: How to be successful in today’s retail environment, the omnichannel customer journey, and taking a data-driven approach to improving digital performance.
